Who is GED Achievement

(our corporate profile)

Mandate:  GED Achievement is an Ontario-based company that takes a leadership role in preparing people to pass the GED Tests so that they can improve their productivity, their self-esteem, and their lives.

A Brief History of GED Achievement

Early directors and associates of GED Achievement played key roles in bringing the GED to Ontario in 1996.  Once the GED arrived, they spent hundreds of hours raising awareness about the value of this credential for both the corporate and public communities.  They presented the new High School Equivalency program to more than five hundred employers and human resources professionals, and partnered with school boards through continuing education and guidance staff.  GED Achievement was instrumental in ensuring that the GED was an integral part of the LEAP program for young sole-support mothers on social assistance, and later with the Ontario Works clientele.

Who are GED Achievement Associates?

All management and administration associates have extensive experience in education and public service.  They come to GED Achievement with years of both secondary and adult educational and training experience.  They are former Ontario-certified teachers and principals, adult educators and trainers, business managers, university instructors, social service managers, and education and training program developers.

In addition to their commitment to the clients of GED Achievement, many pursue other careers.
